The sometimes not-so-fun side of business is dealing with the “paperwork”. Contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policies, disclaimers, etc. — it can be overwhelming knowing what you should or shouldn’t be using, and where do you find these documents if you’re just starting out on your own? We’re gonna help you with that, and share our experiences so you can (hopefully) avoid some of our pitfalls and mishaps.

Hey Guys! Thanks for having an episode on the topic I suggested. 🙂
I agree, it’s definitely not the most interesting topic, I’ll try to suggest something more fun next time, haha!
Actually, I’m surprised you almost got through a whole hour on the topic!
In saying that, I am still very new to the web design/developing business doing some websites for friends and family. But lately I’ve been thinking of how to implement contracts and also wondered what pages to have on my site (eg. Privacy Policy). I have looked at Troy Dean’s WP Elevation too, but it’s way to early for me to invest in training like that. Maybe one day.
To me, this episode was really helpful and informative. Great resource list!
Thanks David, Cory and Leslie!
Thank you! I stumbled on this while looking for info on contracts in a facebook group. So helpful!
